Sock Hop - Happy Days at Holly Grove
Sock-Hop Dance - Friday, May 16th, 6:00-8:30 p.m.
- Line Dancing by Students with DJ Gene
- Best Dressed Contest (K-1, 2-3 and 4-5 winners, Teacher and Parent)
- Theme Basket Auction/Raffle
Prices:
- Raffle Ticket Prices – purchase at the door ($1.00 each or 12 for $10.00)
- Chick-Fil-A Sandwich, chips and drink $4.00 - Sandwich Order Form
- All orders due May 9!!
- M&M ice cream sticks - $2.00
- Birthday cake-flavor ice cream cups - $2.00

Reminder that all SOCK HOP BASKETS are due May 15th and are to be dropped off to Room 1506. Please remember to wrap your basket, and provide 2 copies of the contents of the basket, as well as a wrapped shoe box with a small hole in the top for tickets to be placed in.

Open PTA Positions
Nominating Committee is STILL looking for volunteers who wish to be an elected officer. They are the following positions: president, 1st VP, VP of fundraising, membership, services, communications, secretary, and treasurer. Boxtops Warning!!!!
There are many Boxtops that expire on June 1st, 2008. If you are holding on to any of these, please send them in AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so that these can be counted and submitted to General Mills before they expire. Expired Boxtops do not count towards your class totals and earn nothing for our school.
There are only 2 months left to win a special snacktime treat for your class (we will not have a June winner). So send in those Boxtops, Campbell’s labels and Harris Teeter milk caps! Also, that pizza party is still up for grabs to the class who has turned in the most Boxtops for Education throughout the school year. Final tallies will be taken on May 2nd!
